The CraftiX XC series from SPRiNTUS combines innovative wireless technology with state-of-the-art filtration systems and sets new standards in safety, convenience, and efficiency for professional applications. The XC safety vacuums for dust classes L, M, and H, including asbestos applications, are equipped as standard with the integrated XConnect wireless module.
This system enables automatic start/stop control of cordless power tools, ensuring extraction is activated precisely when dust is generated. XConnect can also be used as a convenient remote control, allowing the vacuum cleaner to be switched on and off directly from the hose handle or workplace without unnecessary trips to the machine.
The heart of the CraftiX XC models is the patented HEPA cartridge filter with two independently operating filter chambers. Unlike conventional safety vacuums, suction performance is not interrupted during automatic filter cleaning. While one chamber is being cleaned, the second chamber continues filtering and maintains a constant airflow.
The result: consistently high suction performance, fewer work interruptions, and maximum efficiency even when handling large quantities of fine dust.
The automatic and exceptionally quiet filter cleaning system keeps the filter permanently clean and ensures consistently high suction power under even the most demanding conditions. Combined with high-performance HEPA filtration technology, hazardous dust is reliably captured before it enters the breathing air.
Models in dust classes M and H are equipped with a complete antistatic system as standard and are ideal for collecting large quantities of hazardous fine dust. The L models are prepared for optional antistatic accessories.

The CraftiX 35 L XC and 50 L XC safety vacuum cleaners are your ideal partner if you work with Class-L dusts that are slightly hazardous to health. Thanks to the anti-static preparation, an optional anti-static hose (item no. 118.143) can be connected to prevent electrostatic charges. In this way, dangerous sparks, static charging and the deposition of dirt in the suction hose can be avoided.
For hazardous Class-M dusts with automatic filter cleaning and extended warning system.
Wood dusts, paint dusts or other dusts – the two safety vacuum cleaners CraftiX 35 M XC and 50 M XC absorb hazardous Class-M dusts before they enter breathable air. Due to the standard anti-static equipment, the two M safety vacuum cleaners are ideal for extracting large amounts of fine dust directly on the power tool.

Patented filter cleaning
(1) Dealing with hazardous dusts requires innovative product developments. The heart of the CraftiX XC is the patented HEPA 13 cartridge filter.
(2) It consists of two independent filter chambers, which are cleaned one after the other. Suction current and suction power thus remain at a consistently high level even during cleaning, which guarantees permanent suction.
(3) Filter cleaning is carried out by air backwashing and, thanks to the patented cartridge filter, ensures that the fine pores of the filter are freed from dust without leaving any residue. The maintenance and cleaning of the filter is no longer necessary and you save time and money.
(4) Filter cleaning takes place automatically every 45 seconds. It is quieter than average and is therefore particularly userfriendly.
Warning device and controls.
With the two CraftiX XC models of dust class M, the suction power is monitored by a warning device. After setting the smallest diameter used in the suction harness, the user is warned by an acoustic and visual signal if the required air flow is not reached. This avoids increased dust pollution of breathable air.
The power tool can be plugged directly into the vacuum cleaner thanks to the integrated socket. Due to the automatic switch on and off, the vacuum cleaner is started automatically or stopped with a lag of 5 seconds.

The overview provides information about the maximum transmittance of a certified vacuum cleaner as well as the legal occupational exposure limit value of the dusts. Class-L dusts are classified as only slightly hazardous, those belonging to Class M are deemed hazardous and those belonging to Class H are regarded as extremely hazardous. No special regulations must be observed when disposing L-dusts. M-dusts, on the other hand, must be disposed of in a low-dust manner and H-dusts must be disposed of in a dust-free manner. Depending on the dust class, the use of fleece filter bags (item no. 102.031) or special PE disposal bags (item no. 118.138) for dust-free disposal is recommended.
